customer service and great
prices in that order. We understand if
we treat you with respect and our prices are
good, you will tell your
friends and colleagues. Our
theory is to sell one or two
lines from a product
category versus everything
available. We
focus on volume not multiple
lines which is the style of
most distributors. Buying
more at a time allows us to
receive excellent pricing we
pass on to our customers.
Our
main distribution warehouse
is located in McKinney, TX.
Orders placed
before noon, Central time
are generally shipped within
24 hours. NOTE: some
equipment, etc. might be
shipped at a later time due
to custom configurations,
etc. All orders being
shipped outside the
continental United States
have to be paid for in
advance via check or by bank
wire.
Policies, Terms & Conditions
BACKORDERS
At
MySalonStore.com, we update our
on-line store throughout the
day so that we may offer you the
most up to date products
available. Because our store
consists of over 10,000
salon-related products, we may
not always have an item in
stock. MySalonStore.com will
accept orders for out of stock
items. If your order is not in
stock it will be placed on
backorder and shipped when the
item is available. On orders
with backordered items, the
total shipping charges are
included with the first
shipment. Shipping charges are
non-refundable. You may cancel a
backorder at any time prior to
shipping.
DISCOUNTS
If a product is
already marked down from the
manufacturers suggested price,
and we advertise that a product
line is a certain percent off,
that percent is applied to the
manufacturers price, not the
price shown on the web site.
COPYRIGHT
Worldwide
copyright laws and treaty
provisions protect all materials
appearing anywhere on
MySalonStore.com's
Internet site. None of the
materials may be copied,
reproduced, modified, or
distributed in any form or by
any means without

internet site may violate
copyright, trademark and other
applicable laws and could result
in criminal or civil penalties.
CREDIT CARDS
We accept
all major credit cards. There is
no surcharge for using your
credit card to make a purchase.
Please be sure to provide the
exact billing address and
telephone number that your
credit card bank has on file.
Incorrect information will cause
a delay in processing your
order. Your credit card will be
charged as each item is shipped.
JURISDICTION
Any litigation
regarding this agreement or any
transaction between customer and
MySalonStore.com shall be
brought in the state or federal
courts located in McKinney,
Texas and customer hereby agrees
and submits to such jurisdiction
and venue as proper.
MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Anytime after the
first 10 days of invoice, all
returns and replacements must be
handled directly with the
manufacturer. Manufacturer’s
warranties vary on each product.
Extended warranties are
available directly from select
manufacturers.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your
receipt of an electronic order
confirmation does not signify
our acceptance of your order,
nor does it constitute
confirmation of our offer to
sell. Item availability and
prices are subject to change.
PRIVACY POLICY
At MySalonStore.com, we value
your privacy. Your private
information is for use by our
staff only, Period.
RETURN POLICY
Every item we sell comes with
our guarantee that the product
will meet or exceed your
expectations. Defective software
will be replaced immediately
upon receipt of the defective
product. Defective hardware will
be replaced or repaired at our
discretion. All non-defective
unopened returns are subject to
a 15% restocking fee. Before
returning any item, you must
contact our returns department
via email at
returns@MySalonStore.com
within seven
days of the
delivery for a Return
Merchandise Authorization number
(RMA). No returns, of any type,
will be accepted without a RMA
number. MySalonStore.com will
not accept any opened
non-defective returns. All
returns are subject to the
following:

Shipping, insurance, and
handling charges are not
refundable. Your purchase must
be returned insured with
shipping pre-paid. UPS
automatically insures a
package for $100.00.

For a return to be valid, a
RMA must be issued
7
days from receiving the
merchandise.

Damaged items must be reported
within 3 days from receipt of
merchandise.

A
RMA number is valid for
5
days from the date issued. The
RMA number must appear on your
return packing label.

All products must be in
"as-new" condition, in
original packaging and with
all (blank) warranty cards,
manuals, cables and
accessories.

Software, media and
consumables are not refundable
unless returned unopened in
original packaging with all
documentation.
Sales Tax
MySalonStore.com charges sales
tax on all shipments to the
state of Texas unless a
certificate of resale is on file.
If your package ships
from a warehouse in the state in
which you reside, a sales tax
charge may apply. You, the
customer, are responsible for
any and all unpaid sales taxes.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges are calculated
for you when placing an order.
Total shipping charges are
calculated based on the total
weight of the all the items in
your order. On orders with
multiple shipments, the total
shipping charges are included
with the first shipment.
Shipping charges are
non-refundable. There will be an
additional charge of $25.00 to
your credit card for any
shipment that’s refused.
Orders
must ship to the address where
your credit card statement is
sent to or to an address that is
registered with your credit card
issuing bank.
MySalonStore.com will not ship
to P.O. Boxes. Shipping is free
on all domestic orders over $150.00
in the continental United
States, except on equipment. However, if we run a
special on a product line, then
free freight does not apply on
the discounted items. Inquire
about overseas shipping prices.
NOTE: shipping on equipment is
not free. Large pieces of
equipment are shipped via common
carrier, not UPS. Therefore
prices change daily.
